TBG Swag is founded and led by Rebecca Gerber, a lifelong brand-merch expert with over three decades in the industry. Rebecca’s path began in her family’s supplier business, where she spent 15 years learning how great products are made. In 2007, she transitioned to the distributor side and went on to work with some of the most influential agencies in the industry.

Along the way, she helped build large-scale merchandise programs for iconic brands like AT&T, Citibank, State Farm, American Red Cross, Waste Management, Corona, and MillerCoors. Through this work she developed a deep respect for the power—and responsibility—of protecting a brand. She knows that merchandise doesn’t just represent a company; it represents trust.

Today, Rebecca pours that experience and passion into every client relationship. She’s at her best when curating collections that feel personal and unmistakably “you,” ensuring your brand is reflected with care, creativity, and intention.
